Sail Date: Mar 2018

The MSC Seaside is a new and amazing ship. My group previously sailed on the MSC Davina and we spent time comparing both ships. We were fortunate to be in the Yacht Club on both sailings. The Seaside has many “bells and whistles” to keep all age groups happy during the cruise. The crew was very amicable and attentive. Our Yacht Club Deluxe Suite was spectacular. It was so spacious. Butler service is such a luxury. Having a mini bar in the Suite is another perk. Since we have been on cruises since 1989, we do not get off at many of the ports. In port was the perfect time to check out the ship, as most guests went off of the ship. Also, it is the best time to use the spa as treatments are discounted! Nightly shows were good but I’ve seen much better on other ships. Also, theater was not very big and you must reserve seats prior to the show. Specialty restaurants are very good. All in all, we had a wonderful cruise!

Cabin Review

Cabin Yacht Club

The Deluxe Suite was spectacular! Very spacious and immaculate. Plenty of closet and dresser areas. Bathroom was beautiful with a waterfall shower head. One thing missing from the bathroom was an electrical outlet. I did not ask the reason for its absence. Also, the balcony only had two chairs and one hassock. It can certainly accommodate a table for al fresco room service or cocktails.
