We chose this cruise for some warmth. The Cruise itinerary was just right with 4 days at sea and overnight in Mumbai (The Riduculous) to Dubai (The Sublime ). The ship was beautiful having I think been recently refurbished. We ate in the GDR on all but one night and the variety of the food and quality was superb. The staff went out of their way and even.made me “No sugar added apple cobbler”. Our stateroom attendant was excellent and could not do enough to keep us happy (7212) The shows from the entertainment team we’re of a very high standard: the guest entertainers were adequate. The “Bollywood” evening was 10/10

We went on 3 shore excursions with the ship; two in Mumbai and one in Goa. The two in Mumbai were both interesting and enjoyable and well worth the money. The one in Goa, a trip to Panjim was very dissapointing sitting on an old fashioned coach with difficult to see out of windows for 4 hours to see the capital for forty minutes. We hope Celebrity take this off their choices. We did complain and as a compensation got two complimentary bags of laundry which made it easier for my wife on our return with having only minimal washing to do.

We booked balcony class 2A but were upgrade to Concierge 7212 (suitable for disabled) which had a huge bathroom and balcony. Read more
