Sail Date: Mar 2018
Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

We came late in the embark process. No lines. Pier staff were excellent. Easy access to ship and cabin. Cabin well appointed (mini-suite on Dolphin level, port and aft). Bed a bid bowed but very comfortable. Steward was very responsive. Cleaning was good. Sure it is about 4 years since refurbishment, but just fine. Big balcony with good lounge chairs.

Very impressed with dining - we did Anytime Dining and used all locations except specialty dining. Menu had great choices. Only had one iffy meal but most surpassed expectations and matched best restaurant meals. Lobster and shrimp meal was very good, and the barramundi was marvy. Wine list had good choices and fairly priced ($40 average for bottle which they will keep for you for next dinner). Upstairs buffets had great choices and were kept well stocked.

We have been on about 5 cruises and the entertainment was the best. Broadway level singers and dancers and special guests were great as well.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin ME

Nice layout with sofa in separate seating area. Nice size bathroom with tub/shower. Gigantic balcony. Not the new bed, but VERY comfortable.

Port Reviews

Sydney (Australia)

Sydney is best visited in at least three days. The Rocks, Manly Beach, Chinatown, Circular Quay, Blue Mountains.

Great little town with good shopping. The Giants House is a MUST VISIT!!

Wellington pretty big city. Te Papa museum was awesome.
