We choose OAS because this has always been a great ship to cruise on. Unfortunately all the great staff has been removed and sent to either Harmony or Symphony. The new menus are in effect with French onion soup added to the appetizers and now you order dessert at the same time as everything else. We did not see any improvement in speed of delivery of food by doing this. The bread is now on the table when you get there without savory bites. Chilled soups are not on the menu but if you ask you can get them. The main entrees seem to have been changed and not as good as before. The CATS production had more people leaving early than any show I’ve ever seen on board. The CD was almost invisible. The Beatle Maniacs have to be the best headliners we’ve seen in years. The pool attendant at Beach Pool was outstanding. Beatrice the Diamond Concierge is very accommodating. We dined on deck 5 and enjoyed the great service of the assistant waiter, Julie Sedillo who was on the first month of her first contract and should be promoted to head waiter if she continues delivering the service she gave us.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D3

Our stateroom attendant was excellent. She works harder than the average worker and was always smiling withe a positive greeting.
