We chose MSC because of the chance to visit Havana for two days. We actually had one full day as MSC left early on the Monday. Beware as they allow smoking around the pool. MSC cater's to the Europeans as very little English is spoken, For the Sunday show you had to pay extra to attend. This should be included in your cost.
On a positive the food was awesome. Always hot, always available. When you ate in the restaurant the service was great.
Our cabin as a bit of disappointment. The shower was so small you just fit in. The balcony was ok and thankfully we had it as the cabin was small. We have cruised on other cruised lines before and there has always been a sitting area. In our cabin there wasn't.
