This was my first River Cruise and I felt that the process in making the arrangements with my agent went very smoothly. She made the whole experience very easy and answered all of my questions on a timely basis. The trip itself to and from Europe went very smoothly and our connections were spot on. We were met at the Budapest airport by a great team from Viking Tours and transported directly to the ship. The excursions that were included with the cruise were outstanding. The guides in each city were interesting and very knowledgeable. The meals were excellent and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I thought the cost was very reasonable considering the inclusion of the air fare. We added a stop in Paris on the way home for an additional $200 which I thought was very inexpensive. I would definitely take another Viking River Cruise in the future and I have recommended it to several of my friends.
