We decided to go on Viking for two main reasons ,the vessels itinerary was on our bucket list with trips to several Mayan sites, and our experiances on a Viking river cruise prior to this. Viking services are excellent, the crew members are friendly,and helpful.The rooms were small but comfortable and clean.The ship size was to our liking (900 passengers ).The dining rooms were never overcrowded and the food offered was excellent. Port and shore excursions went very well. The launch services were fun and well managed considering the amount of people that had to be moved. I most complement Viking on helping us get on to an excursion that was booked ( Chichen Itza Mayan Ruins ).We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked a river cruise in 2019, Tulips and windmills and are looking for an ocean cruise in 2020 with Viking. The only negatives were delays at the airports due to weather.
