Overall we loved our first Ocean cruise on Viking. One of our complaints were with Manfredi's. We were the last seating of the night and think that may have been part of the problem. I ordered lasagna and the sauce on it was just like somebody had used canned tomato soup.....no flavor at all! My husband has Pasta fagoli and it was like a can of bean soup with a few tomatoes thrown in....not at all like it should be. Very disappointed in that experience. When we were in Key West, and took the trolley ride, it would have been nice to have been let off in the same place we started, we had no directions on how to get back to the ship and did a LOT of extra walking trying to locate the ship. Belize City was a major disappointment, very trashy, no place to go shopping but at the port, no beach to walk on and enjoy. I was thinking of beaches, etc. when I heard we were going to Belize, so another disappointment. I would think you could have found a 'nicer' place to stop in Belize. Being on a Caribbean cruise I would have liked to have seen more beaches for us to visit. Not much of a Caribbean cruise that I had dreamed it would be.

We enjoyed the shows, the talks, the majority of the food, our room was great as usual.

Our direct flight from Minneapolis to Miami was good. We didn't like having to fly to Dallas from Miami and then to Minneapolis. Why couldn't we get a direct flight back home again? Instead of taking 3.5 hours to get back it took 7-8 hours, that is awful!

Cabin Deluxe Veranda

Very nice, plenty of room for the amount of time we spent in it.
