Embarkation in Miami was disorganized. Our luggage from the hotel was put on two different buses and the port employed porters would not load the luggage until a tip was paid for each bag.
The ship was beautiful and at no time did it seem crowded. Lots of areas to relax in a quiet spot when that is what you wanted.
The stateroom was nice and the room steward was excellent.
The food and service in all of the dinning venues was excellent.
The service in the Explorers Lounge was sometimes hit or miss.
Most of the shore excursions were good, but the Quiet Vox should be used on all excursions both on the bus and during the walking portion of the tour. Some of the buses had PA systems that were not very useful. All of the tour guides should be full trained on how to setup and use the Quiet Vox as we had to show a couple of the tour guide how to sync the individual units to the tour guides system.
We are definitely going again with Viking on the 2019 World Cruise.
The cabin was very good and the room steward was excellent.
