We really enjoyed the Cuban experience but were very disappointed by the cancellations/changes in itinerary. A cruise which included Cuba, Belize, Cozumel, Key west, Miami was reduced to Miami & Cuba. We were informed prior to embarking that the ports of Belize & Cozumel were scraped & we were not pleased. Some of the day excursions were unavailable. Also, we were not permitted to dock inn Havana which caused us to have to take a bus from our port to Havana which was more than 3 hrs. away; not good! The specialty dining was disappointing as well. Due to weather we were unable to visit Key West which was an added disappointment. Cuba was great but our time there did not make up for the rest. We have been on a Viking River cruise & have one scheduled again but would be very wary of Viking Ocean in the future.
