Husband would not fly to Hawaii so we cruised. It was a pleasant cruise. We especially enjoyed David Moore in Crooners Bar, entertainment In Piazza and anytime dining in Portofino. We enjoyed sharing a large table and meeting and visiting with people from all over. Made some good friends. Food in Crown Grill and Sabatini’s were both excellent. Crew was always very helpful and nice. Cannot say enough about how efficient Princess is about embarkation and disembark procedures were. Food in Horizon got a bit monotonous, need more variety and salad selections. Bread and rice puddings were great, especially the vanilla sauce. Need more activities on Lido Deck. Excursion efficiency was excellent. Would not recommend Germaine’s Luau, go to Smith’s Luau for lunch on Kauai. Need more places to sit in Piazza. Need a card room. Overall it was a good cruise and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see a bit of Hawaii and hates to fly.
