This was the second cruise on the MSC Sinfonia. The first cruise was amazing but this one was terrible. Book a cruise for my family. When i get on board i see there is a company function happening on board. That was not the problem. Almost the entire cruise there was only afrikaans music playing. I think that was unacceptable. Also staff on the ship where unhelpful and service at restaurants was average. Food was good at the sit down restaurants for dinner but other meals where average. I must commend the process when going ashore, very efficient. Entertainment should be for everyone not the majority

From the first cruise to now big difference.

Advise to Travellers : Ask before booking if there are any functions happening on the Ship. I always book the Balcony Suite, much larger rooms and you don't feel the rough sea's as bad as the lower rooms(my opinion).
