We have just spent 2 weeks sailing from Barbados and with out any debate this was the best cruise-boat /crew we have ever been part of, we both don't think we can ever go back to the mega ships we have been on before.
Embarkation was right on time and we were shown to our cabin(503)after passing the SPA & drinks package guys (which is a no brainer if you intend to have a few)
We did several land excursions and while some were not for us they were exactly as described and james did a great job- he doubles as the cruise director and i must say gives it 110%every day even meeting us at 5 am on the day we left- good job mate again.

Our cabin guy hydat was there when needed but not in your way which we liked,the mini bar was filled every morning by Rodulfo -never an issue.
We had a plate every afternoon dropped in with some tastie treats.
Room service was great we used it a few times for breakfast and it was there right on time and exactly as ordered.
spa bath great for 2,a/c worked no problems- generally quiet and easy to sleep.
Heaps of space for unpacking your suitcases and only 1 deck up to eat/drink so great position on the boat.
