We arrived in Barcelona from Madrid(we were visiting family). At airport, the customer service was HORRIBLE at IBERIA. I had left my passport on the plane when they had asked us to fill out Swine flu documentation. The customer service representative was rude because we interrupted her phone conversation. We ended getting a nice rep and all was taken care of. I traveled with a 15 month old baby, husband and parents in law. At the port all went well. Bags check in, no wait lines...snacks were provided..everyone was friendly. We toured the ship...very nice! Our cabin was a balcony on the 7th floor. However, we really didn't need a balcony. We never were able to see the ports on the side we were on. Just pay for an inside room and go outside like everyone else does. Room attendant was efficient and friendly. She accommodated all of our needs. We ate at the seaview cafe.Overall, the casino, theater, solarium, and everythng was really nice and clean. The buffet food was okay, expected better but unfortunately this wasn't a resort.Room service was satisfactory. The spa was a ripoff! I only recommend doing the specials they offer on the printed daily flyers. Don't fall for any wraps and stuff...they use really poor quality products. My husband and I had to pay extra to have the massages done in the same room! As aforementioned don't do the Spa Extras! We enjoyed the mystery dinner and the speciality restaurants. They are worth every cent...it's less crowded and the food is even better than dinner. However, I also enjoyed the dinner in the main hall. The waiters and staff were GREAT! These guys work so HARD. They are extremely customer service oriented. We greatly appreciated all the effort they put into accommodating us and our baby. We tipped them very well. Getting off and on at the ports was smooth, with the exception of tendered ports. I could imagine that it's the same for all other cruises...long and annoying. Overall, we loved the cruise. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They accommodated us very well. The ship was very clean. The food could use some help, but we loved it. We would do it again.

PS. We used Romanlimos for all of our excursions. Try not to do the cruise ones..especially with the children. With Roman limos we had a private bus, the drivers were great..ESPECIALLY MAURICIO in Rome. He was extremely informative. The bus was all ours...we left our belongings...and they took us everywhere we wanted to go.This was the best part...because with a baby..I couldn't imagine being on the cruise buses with all those people. And believe me there were alot of people.
