We were encouraged by our friends to try cruising for the first time. We were skeptical of cruising as we worried about it being too busy. We ended up really enjoying the variety of onboard options. The Harmony of the Seas vessel is amazing boasting so many shops, restaurants, shows and things to do for all ages. The positive experience I had would definitely encourage me to travel with Royal Caribbean again. I LOVED the ice show and the water show!!! Our group also made good use of the On Air Karaoke bar, the main pub Boots and Bonnet, the Bionic Bar, the Rising Tide Bar,

My daughter had an unexpected reaction to something she ate and was quickly and efficiently treated by medical staff onboard. It was an unexpected bonus that totally opened my eyes to the endless services provided by the hardworking onboard staff. My only disappointment was with the way certain restaurant managers responded to feedback or questions about service. However, Guest Services went out of their way to accommodate our large group and to make up for those negative experiences. My kids also wished some of the activities like teens club were managed by birth year versus birthdate as some of their friends missed out on some activities because they were too young even though they're in the same grade.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

Cabin VB

My cabin was clean and tidy and offered all of the necessary amenities. It was our first cruise as a family of 5 and the adjoining staterooms worked very well for us. Our attendant was polite and accommodating though we did not have to ask for much. A few evenings we even ordered late night room service order at our room - the food was quite good! I loved how the days activities were available on the tv in the room.
