This cruise was advertised as a 5-star cruise with world-class delicious meal. We certainly paid the cost for a 5-star cruise, but the food was 2-star!!
We booked this Christmas cruise 18 months ahead of time. It had the makings of a great cruise. Great destinations, lovely Christmas markets, great Tour Guide, Richard, great Butler Robert and the major of the crew provided very good service. But the food!!!!
We had travelled on Scenic before and could make a comparison about the food.
Cabin Review
We have stayed in the same suite on a different ship previously. We like the space and the seating area. It is very comfortable. The bathroom has a lovely deep bath and is quite large.
The comfort of a suite is nice and the extra service of the Butler was great. This cabin is situated towards the middle of the ship and is much quieter than the suites at the stern of the ship. The carpet could have been a little cleaner, but the ship was a last minute replacement for the one that had had an accident.
