We choose this cruise as RCI had been marketing to our travel agent that they were not a college kids cruise. Yes, it was spring break and we expected some college kids. However, never expected to have a kid pass out on my feet at muster while friends chanted "Let's get drunk" through the entire briefing. Girls being carried off CocoCay by their boyfriends, having to wait to get off the tender while a girl puked in the garbage at the front of the boat, our catered lunch stolen by drunk kids and carried back to their chairs from the bungalows, never even opened my drink cup because we had to wade through drunk kids to stand at the bar for even a soft drink, drink machines in the pizza place upstairs were broken, pool closed after first day due to kids puking in the pool, girl wandered into the dining room sitting herself down at a table for 10, muttering to herself, drink in hand before passing out at the table. Complained on board and was told management would contact me..still waiting. Contacted RCI after and was told it was my fault I didn't use the drink package I needed to fight through the drunks to get it filled and my party was not qualified to determine the girl in the dining room did not pass out from a medical condition. #1, if she did pass out from a medical condition RCI did not provide any medical assistance and #2, our group had over 50 years experience collectively in determining level of intoxication (not to mention plain old common sense!). While I completely understand we made a bad choice in cruising during the month of March or April, it is amazing to me the level of intoxication the ship catered to and allowed to occur. We had booked a sore excursion only to get to shore and ask where we went for it. Our inquiry was met with a puzzled look and a "that excursion is cancelled, it's under construction." What? And you are telling us after we took a tender full of puking kids over? First day out of dry dock and we were standing in a foot of water after each shower. Do you not check these things in dry dock?

Our cabin attendant Jose was outstanding. He along with our server Ashton and Chef Joseph save the cruise from complete misery. We did free style dinging each night and had fanatic food. I heard others talk about terrible food in the seated dining.
