This was my second cruise experience, the first one with a really small company and Allure definitely left a mark on me. For starters the ship is just beautiful, it's always neat and the staff is just amazing. Mayra our stateroom attendant was a sweetheart, she always left our room faultless even though it was a disaster since the room was so small. Leo and his assistant from American Icon restaurant were also amazing, always made sure that our requests were met. The night entertainment was also great, there were also several shows to choose from if you couldn't get reservations for one. However, I do recommend you book all of your shows in the Cruise Planner several weeks before departure because some of them get booked pretty fast.

The food in American Icon was sooo gooooooooood. We chose my time dining so we went whenever, and they always change a few things on the menu every day. Windjammer buffet was average, we only went for breakfast and lunch. Sorrento's pizza was azamazing as well and Park Cafe is a must for breakfast.

During cruising days, make sure to get chairs early in the morning because the pools get filled up pretty fast and is almost impossible to find a good spot.

Cabin Review

Large Interior Stateroom

Cabin L

S M A L L . We were three adults in a "Large" interior stateroom and felt like sardines in a tin. The bathroom was okay, bigger than I thought it would be when I saw the room. I also couldn't find where to place our luggage since it wouldn't fit under the bed, which reduced the space even more. Next time we're definitely getting a more spacious room

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

There was a blackout the day of embarkation and we had to take the stairs with the heavy luggage.. Other than that, the check-in process was pretty simple and didn't take too long
