I won this cruise and wanted to leave from Tampa so I didn't have to drive to Miami. The Rhapsody was available so I booked it. The ship is not huge but not small- it was a nice size for lounging around. The ship departed on time, ports of call were great and we left and arrived each port without issue. The crew/staff were pretty amazing and very friendly except for one individual. But that did not ruin it for me as I know there is usually a bad apple .....

My cabin was extremely small and no room to change your mind in the shower but I did not want to upgrade as my cruise would then not be a free one. I stuck it out and did an interior . It was not too bad- you learn how to deal with the smallness of the shower and bathroom by day 2 or 3 lol. The entertainment was wonderful!! Especially the dancing. These folks danced and performed each night with vigor and excitement. Loved the singing and ESPECIALLY the adult comedy shows- could have used those every night!! I took this cruise with my adult son and his girlfriend. This was my son's first cruise and he tells me he absolutely enjoyed it- great work Royal Caribbean!! One can have a great time on a smaller vessel- you do not always need the bigger boats- the coziness of the Rhapsody was enjoyable.

Cabin Q

small but that was expected. The shower was difficult to maneuver in and I am not an extremely large person so I can only imagine what it was like for some others. The water was always hot- pleasant surprise. I thought I was getting a sofa in my cabin but was mistaken and had 2 bunks. I slept on the floor with a mattress from the bunk. There were 3 adults in the room. We spent very little time in the cabin so it did not matter if it were small or large inside. I didn't spend time in my room as there is so much to see and do on the ship.
