Just a couple of details to offer future Epic Haven cruisers, based on my experiences leaving from Port Canaveral.

I read various things about arriving at the Port early to board the ship early. For our cruise, we arrived shortly after 10:00 am, and the Concierge did not arrive until around 11:00 to take the first group of Haven passengers on board. It took five minutes to fill out the health form for each passenger, scan in Passports and get key cards, so the rest of the time was waiting as the lounge got filled up with other Haven guests.

First order of business on the ship was a very quick tour of the Haven, then the strong suggestion that we have lunch in the Haven Dining Room. Getting seated was slow due to everyone being in the queue for lunch, and service was a little slow, too.
