Itinerary was great. The food in the dining room did not have that "wow" factor. We are frequent travellers and we're quite disappointed with the selection offered in the dining room compared with those offered with Celebrity or Holland America. The service however, was outstanding! Often the food selection in the Windjammer for the evening meal looked more appetizing with a greater selection of flavours than the menu offered in the Reflections Dining Room. The Windjammer also offered themed dinners such as Caribbean night, Indonesian night etc. The ship is starting to show it's age but was very clean. Attention to cleaning the stair rails and other heavily handled public places was appreciated. The use of Purell was politely and consistently enforced upon entry to the Dining room and upon boarding the ship in each port. It would have been nice if the roof over the solarium pool was open more often, especially when travelling in the Southern Carribean. Unfortunately there were many pool chair hogs who would "reserve" a chair for the day using a towel. Although this practice was against the rules, it was NOT enforced. They definitely need "Pool Butlers" to stop or at least minimize this practice. The entertainment was great and had a variety of options. There was always something to do aboard ship.
