There were several negative reviews of Ventura and P&0 in general before we stepped onboard. We booked end of the summer 2017,we wanted a winter cruise visiting some places we had not been before. Picked our cabin, balcony on A deck, received good onboard spend and free coach to and from Southampton. Because of the hurricane a couple of Caribbean islands were changed, but that could not be helped.

Coach trip was fine, comfortable Ellison bus. We were quickly onboard, cases arrived and unpacked before muster!

Cabin was clean and comfortable, well looked after by our cabin girl. My OH found the bed uncomfortable, happened to mention this to the hotel manager, within half an hour we had new mattress and a follow up phone call asking how the bed was. Then we came back from dinner to find a floral arrangement compliments of the deck manager for our inconvenience. Read more
