We took a back to back and the entertainment was duplicated. That was fine as the Million Dollar Quartet was worth seeing twice. The Cirque show was very good and the comedians were hilarious. Food was great and the specialty restaurants were good. The only problem we had was being billed for things that we did not get. That took about 5 days and many trips to customer service. We finally appealed to the ship hotel management and got most of it worked out. One person was especially rude and has no place working in the "customer service" department as he was a "disservice" to our appeals. He just was so condescending and said he could not do anything about the $200 in charges that were not ours. After hours and hours, we finally got it taken care of. We talked to several others who all confirmed that they were seeing charges on their accounts that were in error. Watch out if you get the beverage package as you might still get charges!
