This ship was gorgeous! Clean, beautiful decor, flowers and art work made it seem like a 5 star hotel. Our cabin on deck 8 was conveniently located just one deck under the buffet and adult pool, but we didn't hear any noise . The crew was always quick to answer any requests and did it with a smile.
There were two pools with the one being adults only having a more expansive open deck and the one we preferred. However, both were crowded and no staff bothered to remove towels from chairs that were saved for sometimes several hours. Private cabanas could be reserved for an extra charge but those had been snapped up long before the ship sailed and most appeared to be for the shade only.
We didn't do any shore excursions offered by the ship as we had to skip one port (Amber Cove) due to docking issues with the current and wind, and the water excursions at Grand Turk were cancelled because of the currants as well. No problem - the water wasn't too warm. More time to relax.
No complaints
We took the trolley tour on our won and very much enjoyed our guide's narration.
