I have been on Silver Spirit several times and always throughly enjoyed the experience however on this 18 night cruise from Buenos Aries to Bridgetown it was awful.

Lots of people were sick and confined to cabins , no one was making sure that people sanitized their hands before going into the restaurants and no tanoy announcements to warn people.
