Last minute special deal. Shorter cruise than we usually do. Crew was great, port change because of weather was a blessing in disguise. Food on lido deck was better overall than the main dining room where service has been noticeably lacking in our last few cruises.

The anytime dining venue (just my opinion) is an absolute failure. Disruption of the guests on deck on the last sea day just prior to gala dining so the ship could scrub the deck for the next cruise left me with a bad experience that will stay with me and be remembered every time I hear the name eurodam. It reminded me of a cruise on a carnival ship. But alas Carnival Corp. is the owner and they only care about there bottom line not the customer which I have taken notice of these last few years. The elegance of HAL is slowly but surly disappearing. I will continue to pick Holland America to cruise but I will be cruising more with Celebrity.
