We had been looking forward to this cruise but sad to say we left the ship very disappointed.

wow so many staff members looked so sad where were the smiles ??? entertainment or lack of was the most disappointing thing every-night was the same thing the guy on the piano played the same songs every night even the onboard band looked glum and un interested the food was great as was the service in the dining rooms bar staff great very happy with our cabin. but the entrainment was poor the staff had no energy we hardly saw the the cruise director and when we did she looked miserable, i have loved previous princess cruises but this time i think they have dropped there standards and we are looking at different cruise lines for our future cruises.. Princess you guys really need to look at your onboard entertainment its poor with rehashed shows we have seen on other cruises lift your game guys.
