This was a 8 day southern cruise that had our itinerary changed at the last moment because of the Not Easter storms. We changed from ports Princess Quays and Grand Turk to Amber Cove Dominican...Carnival reimbursed cruisers fifty dollars a person but most cruisers on board felt it should of been 100 dollars pp. The recently refurbished ship looked great in the common areas but needed repairs on balcony, cabins and other areas...1 example was a broken elevator brass railing repaired with black tape. The staff were excellent and some greatly exceeded our expectations...Honorable mentions go out to Cool man in the morning aft dining room who kept us all laughing while providing us with out of this world service to Air our room steward who went beyond our expectations.

Meals were all good as we ate in the aft dining room for dinner and breakfast and the Lido deck self serve for lunch was also very good.

The entertainment was very good from the shows in The theatre to the Latin dance band. The only complaint in this area was a country singer who could not sing very well.
