Everything went smoothly, staff were fantastic, ship is amazing. Shows were awesome. I just feel disappointed that we spent way too much. After meeting various people from various parts of the world, ALL of the people I spoke to paid half the price we did for this cruise! Plus, they received credits of various types - drinks/dining/spa. I thought booking directly through Royal Caribbean would give me the best deal. Another annoyance, you pay a mandatory gratuity yet every time I turned around someone was looking for more!! Big production in the dining room, multiple tip envelopes left in my room, the luggage guy just flat out asked for it. I prefer a relaxed environment where I don't feel guilted into leaving tips and all the ships amenities are included or at least offered at a reasonable price. Great experience, won't go on this ship again. UNLESS I hear they've made changes to the all-inclusive experience - like including more!

Lovely, clean, new and modern. Not enough drawer/closet space for 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 youth.
