We recently did the Christmas and New Years cruise on Cunards QM2 and to say we were disappointed was an understatement.We have cruised with Cunard 19 times now and this has got to have been the worst one we have been on.Everything that attracts a Cunard passenger is slowly but surely being whittled away. Unfortunately as far as i can see Carnival is your typical American corporate company its all about the bottom line.From the removal of the smart tasty jars of jams and marmalade replaced with cheaper tasteless versions to the nasty self service motorway service station food court known as Kings Court.Here the food is tasteless cheap and nasty i cant believe you can make food look so appetising yet so tasteless and bland.No clotted cream with the cream teas any more ,no its been replaced with a rather cheap nasty cream.

The Chefs Grille no longer serves freshly made assorted sandwiches or burgers, instead theres a stainless steal hot serving rack keeping warm already made burgers which are dried up and tasteless along with cold chips awful!

The service in the Britannia Restaurant on the first 2 nights was dreadful we sat there for 45minutes and nobody came to our table, in the end i had to seek assistance from one of the restaurant managers before we were served and things didn't get a lot better after that. Read more
