Firstly, the fascinating itinerary -- Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Philippines, Borneo and back to Singapore. The South China Sea was as calm as the Baltic! Very comfortable suite on the Constellation. Excellent service from Rhona and Rufina. Friendly and efficient support throughout cruise from Michael's Club concierge Joao. First class dining in Luminae and Tuscan Grill. Restaurant staff are superb as are the Café al Bacio staff! Joining and leaving the ship couldn't have gone more smoothly. Port visitor arrangements throughout were efficient.
Generally enjoyed the shore excursions though the market by the shore in Kota Kinabalu is to be avoided unless you're comfortable with the overpowering stench of fish combined with overripe fruit (durian?). It's disappointing that whole day trips have to include shopping for up to one hour, even when the trips are about half to one hour later in returning to the ship than expected. Apart from this, the shore excursions are most enjoyable and most of the guides are excellent.
We miss the formal nights, but despite this and our other criticisms, we have booked three more cruises with Celebrity.
Overall excellent. Very comfortable bedroom, first class butler (Rhona), very pleasant and helpful suite attendant (Rufina). One quibble is rather cramped clothes hanging space (less than in a Celebrity Suite). We have noticed over the years, that you seem to have increased the workload on cabin staff. Maybe they are responsible for more cabins. You seem to be understaffed here. They don't complain, but it is clear to see.
