Wanted to go to Hawaii without the long flight.
I travel with a wheelchair. Princess gets it right when it comes to access on board for most activities. The room was basically good, the staff helping to leave and enter the ship were outstanding when handing my wheelchair.
Swimming pools are not accessible to a person who cannot walk up stairs. Not a single pool on the ship had a ramp access. If this is clear in the online ship description I certainly missed it.
Good for wheelchair access. The beds are at a normal height so transfers from chair to bed is easy. Lots of storage space at level for wheelchair user. Bathroom is spacious, but bars and sink designed for that 6 foot gymnast wheelchair user that designers find so appealing.
Shower chair is good. Water controls too high for me to reach.
Location is good near elevators. I was concerned about noise, but it wasn't a problem.
The sink didn't drain properly. The first night we heard a terrible wailing noise. It was wind hitting the balcony. We called and staff plugged it with cloth. On a shore day they 'fixed' it and we had to call again that night. Hard to believe we were the first to mention this. Bathroom door had loud squeak. Again, we called and it was fixed
Took a walk through the plaza and main street. Enjoyed the ambience of Mexico. it was Sunday and families were out and about. There were small performances at the plaza and an nice fountain show with lights and music.
