Ship is very big, with that you will bump into people everywhere you go. Forget the elevators, anless you will use them only in early morning hours or late at night. You will wit forever for an elevetor (with a lot of other people) and when it finally arrives it will be packed with one or two people getting out), if you get in - it will stop at each deck going up or down.

On board entertainment reservations from your state room are useless and noone checks - so get to the show you want 10-15 minutes early or you will be standing. Dinner reservations made prior to sailing are NOT honored; you will stay in line with everyone else.

I purchased premium unlimited internet, worked fine when in port, unstable connection while at sea, this is understandable. What is not understandable is why internet IT rep is taking breaks when half of the people on the ship have questions. Read more
