Our Ship

We chose this cruise as we had never been over to Asia and this would give us a taste of each different place. We stayed in Singapore for 4 nights and this was one of the highlights of my holiday. Singapore is the most beautiful and clean, safe and nicest places we have been to.

Getting on the cruise was easy and very pleasant. The ship itself is fantastic, a little tired but it is due for a revamp! We did have trouble with our toilet, breaking down around 7 times but was told it was the pipes, and the system was old. A little frustrating especially when you had to call the plummer during the night but we accepted that. The cabin itself was awesome, just what we needed. The dining area was pleasant and a friendly place. Entertainment was fantastic. The port and shore excursions were great, very hot but everything ran smoothly. The service we received was beyond our expectations. All the staff were friendly, always willing to help and everyone had a smile, a great sense of humor and some staff even put up with rude behavior. They never complained and did their job to perfection.

All in All this was a great cruise, fabulous food, everyone looked after us, we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Thanks Sapphire Princess, you should be proud of your staff, and especially your wonderful cruise director, Tim who was amazing!!
