We are so disappointed in NCL. First they cut the cruise from 7 to 6 days, less than 2 weeks before embarkation. Promised to refund 1 day's cost. Have only received $10.87. Cancelled my shore excursions due to itinerary change. Have not refunded my $408 and seem to have no recollection of the excursions but do show a payment. Huh? Was refused entry to the Aloha Buffet because I was wearing a tank top looking bathing suit top. Was wearing shorts, shoes, and socks and had on more clothing than most at the buffet. Had a flood in our bathroom. Said we could move to another cabin but never followed up.Cabin steward said they sent a plumber to clean drains. We waited 3 hours but never saw one. Said they came while we were at dinner. Situation improved slightly but continued to flood with every shower. Sent to a hotel, not of our choosing. Only assistance at hotel from NCL were 2 women with signs pointing to registration. Were not able to assist with getting a wheelchair for my husband. Luggage was not delivered in a timely manner and when I went to check, I was told if I though I could get it faster I could go get it myself and directions to find it. I went there and a lovely woman from the hotel helped me find my luggage. I hauled them to our room, my self. Not acceptable. Calls to NCL have given us no results. Told me to put it in writing on-line and that it will take 15 business days for a reply. Never again!!. They are holding over $1200 of our money and don't seem to be willing to return it
