WE WERE ON BOARD 3/9-3/11 when we got our final bill I was shocked to see all the "additional charges" even though we purchased drink packages they upcharged every drink stating they didnt have our brand at the time in the inventory and we could have a substitute yes and they took our drink coupons and charged for the drink. A housekeeping charge of 25.00 per day per person to clean our room and all we asked for was 2 clean towels since the room did not need to be cleaned the house keeper handed us 2 clean towels and never walked into the room yes 50.00 for 2 clean towels. Every thing they offer is an upcharge the food is terrible (think of a cheap buffet) We saw reviews prior to the cruise and asked many times about hidden charges and they down right lied about everything NEVER AGAIN !
