One week before cruise date they shortened the trip by one day. There is no way they didn't know way before this as they had to book 1000 hotel rooms for the shortened stay. Selection and quality of food was mediocre compared to other cruise lines that I have sailed. The same for their shows. Ship itself was not as nice as other ships I've been on. On last day we were put up in a hotel in Honolulu. We were told to leave the ship at 7:15 but could not check in until 3:00PM. The line to check in your carry on bags had at least 500 people on it and a 3 hour wait. Although the ship paid for the hotel they did not provide any credits for food, an expense we would not have had if we were still on the ship. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was very nice. I've sailed on many other cruises. You can do much better than Norwegian!!!
