Sail Date: Mar 2018
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
Towel folded into a swan.
Wood carved horse on the Boardwalk.
Trees on Saint Thomas damaged from the last hurricane.
Sunset over Saint Thomas.

We chose the Allure because it combines all the things that make a cruise a memorable experience. The most important and enjoyable experience was with the entertainment on the ship. Mamma Mia is a delight to watch. The songs of Abba are joyous and melodic. The Ice Show was beautifully choreographed and performed by talented skaters. Disco inferno and the 60's show in the Promenade were fun. The only downside were the comedians. I have never experience such raunchy comedy. We missed the Aqua Theater due to inclement weather. We always go to the Love and Marriage game show and enjoy the responses of the passengers chosen on the show.

We missed going to Saint Martin due to inclement weather but it did not matter as we enjoy the ship more than the islands.

The service from the staff was excellent. I always asked what country the staff came from. Made for interesting conversation.

Cabin D7

Clean and well maintained. Carpet and couch need to be replaced due to wear.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Airport is close to cruise port. City offers a variety of things for the tourist to enjoy on vacation.
