Chose because friends wanted itinerary out of hurricane damages. We had never been here before so felt good about new experiences. Cabin overlooking promenade on 8 was a great choice. Perfectly situated to easily climb up to pool/windjammer or down to promenade.

Pleased with ports although not a fan of Laberdee. I prefer stops where one can experience local culture something beyond “canned” tourist experiences and beyond Cruiseline owned stores. Disappointed at early leaving from Curaçao and Bonaire when it wasn’t needed to travel the distance to Aruba. Why not stay longer allowing the possibility of a sunset cruise or an early dinner of local cuisine?

Food was not as exceptional as in the past...not bad just not exceptional. I Liked the change of happy hour for Diamond members although food was picked over and dried out by the time the second sitting diners made there way there. It was hard to follow Captains announcements...as they were very monotone. Perhaps trading off so that the entertainment announcements were made by someone from the entertainment staff and the captain making the maritime announcements.
