Cabin: Family Suite

This was my first experience in a Suite. The prior 12 cruises on NCL have been in inside cabins (11 times) and obstructed oceanview (once). While I will go back to those choices for economic reasons, I now appreciate the service, amenities and space of a suite. I was treated supremely well by all the crew members involved.

Cabin 12506 (Family suite) is spacious and, while it doesn't have a balcony, does have big windows with a great view. It is once of those cabins that were created when NCL converted the forward facing Spinnaker Lounge into more passenger cabins. The only downsides were a couch that was past its time and some exposed wires leading from the DVD player to the TV.

Dining in Moderno in the morning and Cagney's at lunch was great everyday. Service and food was wonderful there. Our specialty dining choices (Cagney's, Moderno, Tempanyaki and Le Bistro) were all very good to excellent. And two trips to Aqua for dinner were quite good also. Market Cafe experience was limited to one dinner and one lunch. It was "OK" too.

Family Suite

Cabin SJ

Great family suite. Nice views. Plenty of space of 2 people. It would hold 6. Couch was past its prime and there were some exposed wires leading from the DVD player to the TV but it is still a cabin I would book again.
