I am a Captains Circle member. My friend and I were on a cruise to mexico and unfortunately he could not make it. On the 5th day of the cruise Princess informed me that I owed an extra 600.00 dollars as I was now a "single." These clowns will do anything to make an extra buck.
So for 600.00 they have lost two people who have cruised with Princess over 6 times. In addition the ship is very tired. The room was poorly and the balcony looked like it hadn't been painted in 5 years.
The food was consistently cheap and often cold.

poor....needs to be upgraded...balcony a joke....paint peeling and rust everywhere
