1) The internet access that you pay extra for does not work. It was a joke and very frustrating to have to deal with and the problem was ship wide. We also was never offered a refund for the useless internet.
2) Several times on the trip the ship lost its power and lights leaving people having dinner in total darkness. It happened again in the casino. So bring a flashlight!
3) 95% of the staff were helpful and friendly, however we found the entertainment director to be rude.
4) Carnival boosts about all their eateries that are offered as part of your cruise experience. The problem is that some were never open which meant longer lines in the ones that were. Quality of food was above average, but be ready for long lines on the buffets. You are welcome to spend several hundred dollars to pay for food and over priced drinks.
