First time on Holland - loved the service and the food. Traveled on RCCI and NCL past. NCL is new for us as well and we loved it. But I think NCL has now competition we want to go back on Holland. Crew so friendly and service so good. Many times they called us by name. At the buffet in the morning the lady who toasted the bagels saw me coming and put my bagel in the toaster. Asked if my husband would like one too. We felt like they were family. The entertainment was good too. Holland has partnered with Oprah Winfrey and on boarding jerseys were given out to passengers with the O and Holland. We also got little gifts from Oprah and little cards with words of wisdom. There were also O activities on board throughout the day. At the end of the trip we received a book from O titled O's Little Book of Happiness. We definitely will do Holland again.
