This was our third cruise with RCI. After two wonderful cruise on the Allure and the Oasis, we decided to try a "smaller" ship. First, service everywhere on the ship was bad. Food was ok.

It was unfortunately spring break and lots of students were everywhere screaming and waking us at night. Security were nowhere to be found. They were even misbehaving in public places half naked and no one said something. The ship wasn't very clean and food at the windjammer was always the same. Nobody was cleaning the tables....we had to ask to clean the table to be able to sit! Even at the dining room, it was very difficult, despite our beverage package to get a glass of wine, you can imagine two! And impossible to get coffee or tea after our meals.... Well staff weren't great and despite the presence of spring break college students, no one manage to give us relaxing and unforgettable vacation. We are very disappointed.
