Won't repeat Sandy M68 as she echoes a lot of my sentiments.
To start our holiday we booked premium on the Dreamliner but was disappointed to find we were not sat together unless we paid even more. Liked that we didn't see our luggage after dropping off at Manchester airport until we got to our cabin.
Ship. We were a little disappointed at first glance as there is no wow facter. The Atrium has no atmosphere unlike other ships we have been on. I still got lost on the last day of our holiday almost like the first.
Our cabin was D444 midships with no stairs, thats a pain getting a lift every time. The balcony was also smaller than usual. There seemed to be a lack of cupboard space and dressing table was constantly cluttered.
I would like to second previous comments about loungers, too close together and also people reserving them early morning.
We dinned in the Oriental restaurant and found the service and food very good, but was sat in a draught the whole 2weeks. I did complain but was told that no one else could feel it. Also it is VERY cold in the theatre and cinema. (We have been home over a week and my husband still has a terrible cough and cold).
As said before the entertainment is not up to the usual standard we expect of a cruise.
Didn't think it was acceptable to have to vacate room at 8-00am on day of leaving especially when we only left at 3-40pm.
Clean, not enough draw space in cabin.
Balcony too narrow.
Unless going on a trip don't get off ship, completely unsafe to walk off. It is a working port and we are in the way.
