Sail Date: Mar 2018

The ship had a very bad sewage odor on the upper decks that was constant and very annoying. On the 18th deck, the solarium pool and hot tubs, which I was told were for adults only, were bombarded with small children the entire day! One hot tub even had some poop in it, no doubt from a small child who wasn't yet potty trained.

The staff could never answer any question I had about how to get somewhere on the ship, where something was, or why there were children in the adults only pool area. I realize the staff consists of people from all over the world, but they didn't seem to know the ship and sometimes I think they pretended not to understand a question and answered with only a shrug.

The lounge chair situation is the worst I've ever seen on any cruise I've been on. People put a towel on a lounge chair in the very early morning and then don't ever use the chair for the rest of the day. I watched this happen on several days. I also think some people are paying the staff to hold lounge chairs for them.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

The cabin was very small with very little closet and drawer space. Because we were on the 15th deck, the buffet and I believe the family swimming pool area were right above us. A lot of noise with running feet and carts starting early in the morning and lasting late into the night.
