We were 1st timers, so could not compare to other cruises. Like most Equinox reviews, food, service, entertainment and amenities were top notch.

It's the little things that stuck out for me the most:

1. Welcome aboard drinks at the gangway each time we stopped: greeted by smiling staff; was such a warm and welcoming gesture.

Port Reviews

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

Also took a taxi to a beach ($4 pp each way). Fiar's Beach was not far from the port. $35 for two loungers and an umbrella. Tasty lunch served to us on the beach by the Carambola bay resto. Was hoping to spend the day at the Marriott but they were at capacity and were not selling day passes that day. Celebrity Guest Relations was kind enough to call ahead for us. Was another perfect beach day.

St. Maarten

Area was still recovering from Irma, so not a lot was open. Took an $8 pp taxi to Simpson Bay, rented two loungers and an umbrella for $15. Ate a delicious lunch served to us by the Greenhouse Resto. Syrah was a lovely server who brought us plenty of 2-for-1 Presidente beers (my favourite) and was kind enough to share her Irma experience with us. Was exactly what we wanted for our port day.
