The staff & crew were friendly & welcoming. The dining staff was very accommodating in dealing with my food allergies. Our cabin was clean & comfortable. There were never any long lines or shortage of public places to sit. The entertainment was varied & delightful. Don, the piano man, is an incredible talent. There is a nice, quiet library with a good selection of books. Each evening we sat at a table of 8 with a variety of fun couples ranging in ages from 40 - 70. We didn't do excursions, but walked to nice swimming areas except for Guatemala. Roatan Honduras had the best beach for swimming/snorkeling. It was an easy walk from the ship. The theatre for the 8:00 evening show was somewhat small. You would have to get there no later than 7:30 to find 2 seats together. This was our first time with Holland America and will definitely cruise with them again.
