We traveled as a couple and stayed in a balcony room. The room was clean and Sari, our attendant was great. The food was average to good during the stay. The drinks and bartenders were very attending. The only issue is that this was Spring Break, and while I knew that and was prepared; there was a party going on down our hallway every night until the wee hours. Called Security and they would go back to their rooms and come right back out like mice. Thus, it was hard to sleep some nights. Learned my lesson there. We still had a great deal of fun and the weather was phenomenal..
Especially nice was the casino area. The band was very good and the staff worked very hard with a smile. Keep in mind that you cannot gamble until the ship leaves the port.
One other thing, Always bring your ID! In Key West, we docked at the Navy Base and on the way back they stopped the shuttle and checked everyone's ID. A few did not have it and had to get off the bus. I do not know if they got back on the ship. it is not only a Navy base, but the Navy Seals train there, thus I believe the security is a little higher.
