This is our second but last time on Norwegian Cruises. The last on the Epic was fantastic but the Dawn really disappointed us.

The ship is OK for a mid sized vessel and the room is pretty much as expected. Sadly the lack of customer service let’s the brand down badly. There is also very limited entertainment on board.

Our first taste of the bad attitude was when being herded like sheep at the terminal with security personnel that were outright rude. Onboard the excursion counter personnel acted as if everything was too much effort. One of our party had a stand up shouting match with customer service when the woman was rude. Read more
